the day to day operations of a business are carried out
and which maintain the coordination among the
departments/ sections / units is termed as Business
System This involves a thorough study on the entire operation of a Business toUnderstand the existing Business System by which individual departments are operating and coordinating with each other.
Understand the existing Input Documents that are being
used.Understand the existing output Reports that are being generated from the Input Documents.
Understand the Input as well as Output Documents and
Information Flow system in the organization.
Identify the slackness in existing Information and
Documents flow system in the organization
Modify the Input Documents, Information &
Documents Flow System and suggest for the changes.
Business System once designed cannot maintain its
efficiency forever. With the growth of the business or
with the changing environment of the business the need
of information flow and reporting system will also
change. This requires a further redesigning of the
Business System.
